Even with so many good reasons to up our H2O intake, it’s still so hard to fill up our water bottle and pass up soda, juice, milk, etc. Make water your favorite thing to sip by trying out a fruit-infused water recipe!

1. Watermelon Basil Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 watermelon slices
  • One handful of chopped basil

2. Strawberry Mint Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 5-8 strawberries
  • One handful of mint, chopped

3. Pineapple Ginger Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • One cup of pineapple chunks
  • One-inch piece of ginger

Directions for all recipes: Chop and slice ingredients into small pieces. Add water. And that’s it! 🙂

For maximum flavor, allow infusion to soak for about half an hour in the fridge/freezer. Too eager to take a drink? Use your fork to punch some holes into the fruits so they’ll release flavor faster.

What do you think? Will you be sipping more water and actually liking it?! Let us know!
