Prepping for The Color Run should be just as fun as race day. To mix up your workout routine (or to start one), try incorporating these 30 minute exercise games into your weekly schedule!
The rules are simple. Assign each suit in the deck a different exercise (hearts can be crunches, clubs are squats, etc). Shuffle. Flip over the top card. If it’s a 7 of hearts, do seven crunches, then flip to the next card.

Workout With Your Favorite Movie
Working out always goes by faster when you’re watching a movie. For some extra motivation, grab your Mean Girls DVD (or rent it Amazon), and follow these steps for a workout instruction chart that follows along to the very best parts of the movie. Multitasking has never been easier!
If you’re sick of doing the same workout over and over, this is a great way to get out of your funk. Grab two dice, and give ‘em a roll to find out what your next workout activity is going to be. Check out this chart for which activities go along with which dice rolls. Each workout should include about ten rolls.
Remember, with all of these workouts, drink plenty of water and listen to your body. Don’t be afraid to modify and take quick breaks.
